Phone Accessibility Policy
Montana Tech I.T. wants you to know that all persons with disabilities have the right to participate fully and equally in the programs and services we provide. In order to initiate a conference call between three people follow these steps:
Place a call with a desired recipient.
Select 'More' and then 'Confrnc'
Dial the number of the next person you would like added.
After the phone is answered, select 'More' and then 'Confrnc"
You are now in a call with two other people.
In order to place a call while on the phone with someone else:
Place your current call on hold.
Dial the number you would like to call
Press the 'dial' button to place your call
Your previous call will be placed on hold until you end it.
If you are dialing off campus, you are required to use local or long distance identifiers before the number you are dialing.
